Soccer: Namibia vs Lesotho

So, I believe everyone that know's me will know that I am not the biggest fan of soccer. But hey, my friend Uda got some two VIP tickets to the game tonight, and guess who she invited, lol? Well, isn't that obvious, ME!!!!

So, I actually can't wait to meet the players of the different teams, cause it's VIP and we get a chance to meet the two different teams, that should be great with free drinks and free food. Am not the eater though, but where there is free drinks, who will say no to invite like that, lol.

So, I will definitately let you guys know as to how that went.

Cheerio chickas.

This feels like the longest week!

Everyone will be asking, hallo, why? But this feels like the longest week of this year. I am tired, and just tired, lol. Nothing to do, no exciting trips to look forward to for this weekend or anything going on in Windhoek. Wondering whether I should go to Tsumeb for the copper festival, or Rehoboth with friends and to go chill at the Oanub dam for the Saturday, I just don't know.

I think Tsumeb is a better bet, seeing that I was in Rehoboth the previous weeekend, Well will see.

But is it Friday already?

Chat again soon chikas, lol.

3 Days to the Jazz Encounter!!!

This morning I woke up and realised that there are only 3 days left to the Old Mutual Jazz Encounter. It is giong to be a fantastic event again.

There will be some local acts like Lize Ehlers, Suzie and quite a few other performances as well, but what I am waiting for is Simphiwe Dana and Jimmy Dludlu, two remarkable SA jazz artist.
Simphiwe is just phenominal, I love her voice and every minute of her performances. The pure voice and great dances.

She is just beautiful with her voice, personality and the aroma she gives off, lol. You can actually visit her site: http://www.simphiwedana.com/, believe me, you will not be dissappointed and somer buy yourself one of a CD's, fantastic for a Saturday afternoon when you just want to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

Jimmy on the other hand comes a long way. The way he plays his guitarre is one of the moments I just don't and can't miss. That powerful manly voice, damn, the way I love jazz.

Another weekend that will have some great memories and fantastic music on Namibian soil.

Well, we're preparing for a great event and a fantastic weekend. Everything should be planned in such a way that we don't need to run around the last minute. Thinking about the outfit, cool box, drinks, camping chairs and yeah, the company should be proper.

Can't wait chickas, will see you all there.

Mwah!!!!!
